Came as "Sons without Fathers", left with a Heavenly Father!

The first full weekend retreat of 2013 left an impact on each person who played a part in the Sons Without Fathers retreat.  IAM was honored to host four young men who we contacted through a foster care program out of Tampa, Florida. Each one came with their own story of why they have no active father in their life...but each of them left this weekend with a testimony of how our Heavenly Father reached down to them and adopted them as His own.  Yes, all four boys made a profession of faith for our Savior this weekend and accepted His gift of salvation!  WHAT a blessing!

As always, we cannot thank the athletes enough who gave up a weekend to come and invest in the lives of these young men.  Corey Lynch from the San Diego Chargers and Adam Hayward of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers each came and poured into the lives of these young men.  They opened God's Word with them each night, and His Word changed their lives and stories forever! Thank you to everyone who partnered with us this past weekend through prayer, or financial gifts that made this weekend possible for these young men!  You truly made an eternal investment!
